TEACHER ADRIENNE 3's and Pre-K Class
I was first introduced to Lake Stevens Cooperative Preschool as a parent. Having my daughter in the co-op changed the direction of my life. I found that I was drawn to working with all the children and learning as much as I could about early childhood development. I guess you could say that I realized my calling as a preschool teacher.
Years and many college courses later, I have honed in on what I believe to be several essential aspects of the early childhood classroom; open play, open communication, and open hearts. It is such a pleasure to encourage children to explore and discuss their environment, and I marvel each year at how they grow in the process.
